AVOID AT ALL COST! Upon entering the restaurant we ve already received a poor attitude from the guy at the front door. While we just sat down an order taker came to our table and told us you oh you guys are not ready to order yet how come not only that prior to ordering our meals we have to wave and wait for them to come to our table while getting tons of attitude from the staffs. Food- 0 out of 10 our food is way too overpriced and an absolute disgusting food it has a hair on it!!! We didn t bother complaining since all the staffs were too incompetent and rude. Upon paying - I ve asked what s the service charge for the lady at the register responded for the service with the biggest attitude of sarcasm not even a smile from her. Normally i don t mind bad service as long as the food is good but this one take a miss!

Subpar food. Horrible service and communication. I don t usually make reviews but this was a necessary exception. Poor form from the manager. Trying to make us pay for extras that we did not want. Rude with verbal and non verbal cues. Creating barriers for ordering, choices, and payment options where these would otherwise not exist. Do better! Would highly NOT recommend. *** just realised also charged us for free water. Fortunately argued for the refund.

We didnt have food. Ordered shisha and tea. The shisha was ok but I expected proper tea pot with real tea leaves with some authentic traditional sweets like baklava. It tea bag and no traditional sweets available. There was a dessert menu of which none would have worked with tea. Good vibe and atmosphere. Staff were nice.

There was an Indian waitress served me on Monday morning 30th of December. While she was busy working on her laptop she asked me how was the food? I mean I would appreciate if someone looks at me while they re asking me a question that would be really appreciable, that s very basic civic sense.

Food was ok but a little over priced. However I was most suprised by the fact they wont bring you table water (only still or sparkling). They make you get it yourself. Found the service to be non existent actually. Hardly any service to be honest yet they charged us an additional 10% service charge (which Im happy to pay if there was satisfactory service). Everything seemed geared to save money. The surcharge, no split bills, hard to get tap water... was just disappointing and not a pleasant experience.

Great Mediterranean food and reasonable portion. Ordered Kibbeh Labniyeh and Armani Mixed Grill. Liked the yogurt sauce. Had knafeh and tea for dessert, which was also tasty. The staff was polite and nice. There was a smoking section to serve shisha. This is a Halal serving restaurant and no alcohol served.

The decor and ambience in this restaurant definitely gave me a wow factor once I stepped in. The seating area is very spacious and includes indoor and outdoor seating. Dining here with a large group won t be a problem as they can accommodate up to 300 guests. The VIP room is stunning and I love how the setup the table. Beautiful diningware for sure. My family and I dined there for breakfast. Their breakfast platter was plated beautifully and tasted good. Coffee was awesome (Schibello).

Big place for birthdays or functions . Quite good atmosphere. Staff friendly. They don t serve tap water?? Prices for water and drinks are expensive! No BYO either!! Food is not too bad. Quite a few selection. Pricey and quantity and portion could do so much better. Mixed grilled plate, $40 to share? You will be disappointed. Worth a first visit, wouldn t go back again!! Not value for money!!

I meannn errrr no tap water... Only bottled but I mean the bottle looks pretty good..!!! Staff started conversation with us!! Super nice. Separated room for doing Smoking for little kids! Theres heavenly and then theres the rissoto here!! If you come her definitely order the rissoto and add prawns trust me on this!!! 100000/10 would 100% recommend Kid-friendliness: Theres a separated room one for smoking one for kids
